Gift Certificates

Please be advised, these are paper gift certificates and not cards. They must be used in their entirety at time of transaction. Balances cannot be kept nor change issued.

*In light of the holiday, please be advised that all gift certificates that wish to be picked-up must be picked up at our office no later than Wednesday, December 21st at 2:00 p.m. Any gift certificates not picked up by that time will be mailed out that day at 2:30 p.m. Also, any gift certificates that choose mail delivery as their method cannot be guaranteed by the holiday if ordered after December 21st. The office will be open until Friday December 23rd at noon for anyone who wishes to purchase gift certificates in person at 140 East 5th Street.

  • If selecting to pick up your gift certificates, the EDP will try to be available from the hours of 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday- Friday. Due to current job changes, the office only has a staff of one (1) full time employee, therefore may not always be able to accommodate this schedule. If you know the time you will pick up the gift certificates, please call the office at 814-455-3743 so any necessary arrangements can be made. Thank you for your cooperation.
