The Erie Downtown Partnership will hold it’s Fall Membership Meeting on Wednesday, November 12th.

The Erie Downtown Partnership (EDP) will provide an update on recent programs and initiatives at its Annual Fall Membership Meeting beginning at Noon on Wednesday, November 12th in room 219 of the Waldron Campus Center of Gannon University in downtown Erie.

“The Erie Downtown Partnership has accomplished a great deal while working with the city to revitalize downtown Erie” said David Katovich, Board President of the EDP Board of Directors. “Our Staff and Board of Directors have worked to make downtown Erie more enjoyable to residents and guests alike. We’re proud to be part of the team that’s been involved and instrumental in making a difference in our community” said Katovich.

“Our Annual Fall Meeting is a way for us to update our members and the community on our efforts” said John Buchna, Chief Executive Officer of the EDP. “It’s a way for us to highlight the many programs and initiatives we are leading to help revitalize downtown Erie” commented Buchna. He went on to say, “We’ll also outline our priorities for next year that include finishing the new Downtown Master Plan among others”.  Buchna concluded by saying, “We’re also collaborating with the City of Erie Police Department on a program to increase security in downtown Erie and we’re working with Erie Arts & Culture and the Erie Metropolitan Transit Authority on a new program to improve parking and transportation services while supporting many downtown establishments.”
