ERIE DOWNTOWN PARTNERSHIP TO HOLD ANNUAL SPRING MEMBERSHIP MEETING
Erie, PA- The Erie Downtown Partnership (EDP) will provide a synopsis of the past 10 year’s accomplishments and an update on new programs and initiatives at its Annual Spring Membership Meeting beginning at Noon on Wednesday, May 14th in the Safe Harbor Wolverine Room at the Sheraton Bayfront Hotel along the waterfront in downtown Erie.
“The Erie Downtown Partnership has accomplished a great deal these past 10 years while working with the city to revitalize downtown Erie” said David Katovich, Board President of the EDP Board of Directors. “Our Staff and Board of Directors have worked to make downtown Erie more enjoyable to residents and guests alike. We’re proud to be part of the team that’s been involved and instrumental in making a difference in our community” said Katovich.
“Our Annual Spring Meeting is more than a way to review our past year’s accomplishments” said John Buchna, Chief Executive Officer of the EDP. “It’s a way for us to keep our members and the community updated on the many programs and initiatives we are leading to help revitalize downtown Erie” commented Buchna. He went on to say, “We’re set to launch updating our downtown Master Plan that will help lead the continued development of downtown Erie and we’re set to announce a new façade program that will bring needed investment dollars into our district”. Buchna concluded by saying, “We’re also launching our new website that will be the foundation of our marketing efforts moving forward. This valuable new tool will help us communicate all of the good things that are happening in downtown Erie”
